These sessions will provide you with a time and space to explore your thoughts and feelings at a greater depth than you might normally do. They will encourage you to gain more understanding and perspective on your difficulties, and discover ways to overcome them.
This may include us looking at tools and skills to help you manage and cope with situations in a new way. Or you may be wanting to find a way forward to bring change into your life, or work on accepting a situation that is on-going in your life.

I believe every person is unique and will have their own way of using these sessions. I will draw upon a number of different theories and approaches so that your sessions are tailored to you personally and facilitate you getting when you want and need from our sessions.
This will lead you to living a more fulfilled and healthier life.

People come to me for help with a diverse range of problems, such as: Feelings of stress or anxiety, panic attacks, relationship problems, Depression, Problems with confidence and self-esteem, Trauma, Anger, Difficulties at work or retirement, Family dynamic problems, Attachment issues and Addiction.
Therapy Session Details
These sessions are 50 minutes at £55 per session.
These sessions can be booked on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, depending of what works for you.
Payments can be made on booking, via bank transfer or during our session, where I can take cash or use a contactless card reader.

I offer a free 15 minute introductory call for us both to get a sense of what you are looking for.
