About Me
Hello and welcome. My name is Sarah, and I am dedicated to supporting individuals and couples through their unique life challenges, fostering growth, understanding, and healing from a humanistic perspective.
With a foundation in the belief that each person holds the innate ability to develop and flourish, I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore and enhance your self-understanding and navigate through life's complexities.

My journey into counselling began over two decades ago when I sought to support a loved one and realised the profound impact of addressing my own challenges.
This personal exploration sparked a lifelong passion and vocation in helping others heal and grow. Like nurturing a plant in a well-tended garden, I believe that providing a supportive and safe environment allows everyone to thrive and blossom into their best selves.
